So I realise rotor directions vary from make to make but which makes spin in what directions???
So far am only familar with the grand old Bell47.
Main rotor direction - anti clockwise
Tail rotor position - right hand side of tail boom
Tail rotor direction - up going blade nearest main rotor (according to my text book!!....does this tail rotor direction vary??...and why is this the best direction for the tail rotor to spin??)
.......is this all true and correct for the b47?
Please feel free to post any details (rotor head dirction, tail rotor direction and tail rotor side left or right...sometimes not always visible in photos)on your ship of choice. Also any trivia relating to that initial question designers had of ....so what way is this thing going to spin:uhoh: :uhoh: :confused: :8 :\
