Hi,
I passed all interviews a while ago and CX freight is offering me now again a position in Frankfurt or London as direct entry FO. To make up my mind I need some more information, which could also be interesting for other pilots.
1. How does a normal roster look like? Off days- duty days.
2. What destinations are they flying to?
3. Standby regulation?
4. Salary gross and net if you live in Germany?
5. Per diems?
6. Salary growth per year?
7. Sickdays regulation?
8. Travel agreements to travel home (When are you entitled to?)
9. Promotion times estimated.
Stepover to PAX fleet after 3 years
1. Bases available?
2. Salary?
3. Estimated time to promotion CPT.?
I know I have many questions. This gives me a hard time to make a decision.
Maybe somebody can help me to clear it up.
