Nasty Usa Visa Thingies

Now its bound to be a daft question but I'm sure I will find more help here then I would sat on a phone line at X £'s a min talking to the 'Helpful' US EM Staff ! ! !

So here goes.....

How do you go about getting a Visa to live and work in the USA ?

I'm not talking about 'for the rest of my life' just a year or two !

Have you tried looking at the US Dept of State website, it explains all the different types of visas. I'm gussing you'll need some sort of non-immigrant visa:
