Have seen something written about an intl airline setting up a SYD base, anyone know who it is?

Only the rumours about Virgin Atlantic opening a base in Sydney if they secure rights to fly from Hong Kong to Australia. There was a thread about this (Virgin Atlantic - Sydney) some time ago I think.
