I've been flying as seconded purser in Flightline in 1998-99 and found a nice familiar atmosphere, not forgetting essential procedures expecially for security, hijacking etc. The course was intensive, they operated LIN-LCY and other legs from Italy. I remember a very nice experience, I'd do it again. Ask if ms Lydia Knapp is still the instructor, she was very open-minded and trained very well going right to the point. I lost contacts since 1999, but I remained friend with a Captain who assured me conditions where the same, at least up to 2002...dunno pay and rosters as I was payed by the company which seconded me, but I think is a nice experience. Those years they where based in Bournemouth and (if I remember well) LGW or STN.
If u ever go pls take my best greetings to Cjaran Clancy and Danielle Grahm. I remember qualified cabin crew, propositive, not ruling and open to teach particular procedures. We were flying BAe 146

I remember Flightline from a few years back and have very fond memories of them. Not a bad bunch of guys at all. They did have a few problems a couple of years ago and almost went to the wall but they seem to have bounced back. We all look forward to seeing them again up in Manchester. Go for it girl you've got nothing to lose and I'm sure the engineers up there will look after you anyway. ;-)

Good little outfit been around for a while doing various contracts all over the place had there ups and downs but have kept it going they are pretty similar to Titan @STN.

You should have a blast and if it is your first time flying then it should be a happy one.

Skunkie: Danielle is long gone from Flightline she went to BMED and left due to a certain Wan$£r wrongly accusing her of something nasty and a court case which was settled to Danielles favour. She is now at BA not sure where though. She is without doubt as mad as a badger. I hope Marsello and her sidekicks have not slunk back to Fightline I heard that it was better without them.

good luck Miss C

To everyone who is coming on board we look forward to seeing you all soon.

We are not perfect (who is) but one of the best bits about working at Flightline is the people. There have been a lot of good people come and go (and come back again I might add) over the years.

Lydia has just left to take up a position down in Southampton nearer her children. Last time I saw Danielle was six months back when she appeared in SEN for a wedding, mad as ever!!!

Good luck to all on the training course starting soon.

Kieran I believe has gone to B Med, only quite recently! I gather he is enjoying it! I think him and danielle are sharing a flat, what a laugh that must be!!

To those of you joining Flightline........

It is a truly wonderful little airline to work for and you will really enjoy yourselves!

Best of luck:ok:
