I would like to know what are Emirates Airlines working hours ? Do they observe Thursday / Friday weekend ?

Yes, Thur and Friday are the weekend. That means that today, Friday, is like Sunday and tomorrow, Saturday, is like Monday, except tomorrow is a holiday, so it's like a holiday Monday. Sunday is usually like Tuesday, exept this week, it's like a Monday or a Tuesday after a holiday Monday. Monday's, of course, or really like Wednesdays.
It's all quite simple, really...:p
