A new DVOR/DME "LIV" has been commissioned at FALA replacing the "LAV". The SACAA calibrated the system yesterday afternoon. From what I have seen of the installation all I can say is well done to the boys that completed the installation. A job well done. And to the users. Happy flying

Exept for the fact that it was supposed to be in use from the 19th of April

Negative. Although it was printed to be in use, the date was printed in error by the SACAA (confirmed with ATNS AIS) Have you been to the site? Who did the installation?
