Sticky suggestion for Windows-based PDA Software? (NO LINKS HERE YET sorry)

I am buying an XDA II (PDA / Phone) by I-Mate soon, which uses a Windows-based OS and programs.

As most results for PDA software are Palm-based OS, can anyone suggest sites for Windows-Pocket PC programs (aviation or otherwise)?
