What is the pre-op prescription requirements for astigmatism.
Is it the same for myopia or is it the 2 diopters of astigmatic component.

Try looking at ultralase here (http://www.ultralase.co.uk/RV2main/frame.htm) they have a great FAQ section and various other bits and pieces.
Failing that you could also try Optimax here (http://www.optimax.co.uk/) I am sure they have some info that may help.

I want know the JAA requirements. There is nothing about that in the sites you gaved me.

Sorry Jimmy - didnt know you meant JAA requirements. I was of the belief that the initial standards still exist regardless of any LASIK - hopefully someone will clarify this.

Last time I checked the requirements were for your eyesight to be within Class I limits BEFORE any laser eye surgery. Best thing is to give the CAA a ring to see what the JAA requirements are likely to be. They're very helpful.
