Need Recommendations 4 South Africa!!!

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Would like to head to South Africa to do my CPL/IR.....can anyone help me to which flight school they would recommend, and nearly as important, which ones they wouldn't????
I'm an Irish lad...if I achieve this license, can I work in South Africa?

You need to be more specific here mate - if you get a South African licence of course you could work there. I suspect, given the term CPL/IR you are enquiring about a JAA licence - is this correct.
