rule#5A: Most of the postings have to be in some readable form of English, except for the foreign language forums where languages other than Inglesi / Anglais etc. can be used in the majority.

rule #5B: All morse coded postings should be accompanied by a link to an easy-to-use translator (http://users.scoutnet.nl/~inter/morse/morseform.html) for the -- --- .-. ... . / -.-. --- -.. . / -.-. .... .- .-.. .-.. . -. --. . -..
