Am I Crazy?

Ok, I bet you get this a lot on this forum so I'll make it quick.

I'll probably be at about 800 TT in november when Im planning to head across to Botswana to chase up some 206 / 210 work. Ive got about 300 Low Level, the CIR, FIR (bot expired), ****** all twin time, ****** all IFR time.

Am I A Fool?

Can anyone please tell me who the opperators in Botswana are who I should call in on? Or any other African countries which might be better suited for my exp (or places to avoid)?

Any aussies over there who can give me some advice?

As those in the know will tell you, if you want something bad enough you will find a way. If nothing else go knock on doors and enjoy some beautiful country........
Best luck I have ever had was putting a face to a Resume. Timing also has a lot to do with it.

Best you get to Bots and knock on doors in person. If you can stand the pace there's a good bunch of Kiwis out there so you should do OK. CVs get used to line parrot cages so spend time in the pub with the blokes and learn the system. Hiring should start again later this year so get down there and good luck....
