An Antonov 12 has been "detained" at Bunia in the DRC. Allegedly the ships papers were false!! The arrest was a join effort between the UN and the DRC CAA.

Allegedly was formerly 9U BHO now on mircosoft publisher 3C ??? papers. Plenty others doing the same thing I'm sure what with no law and order in eastern Congo since 1996.
Highly unlikely that the UN were involved in a "detention" not their mandate, style etc.
Sounds more like local kickback to me
