Can someone tell me if the reconditioned planes A340 - 300 they have rented from Singapore Airlines, have level beds in first class or is it the same standard of seating that they have on other routes, excluding the A340 - 500.

No, sadly they have decked out the 300's with the older seating. The new 'package' can only be found on the 500's.
