I haven't been able to find any details on this subject anywhere on the internet, but with the news of the immenent addition of 1400 persons to virgin atlantic, anyone know of any pilot recruitment prospects?

Hmmmm, can't have looked very hard! All the news agencies have carried this story over the last few weeks, and Virgin has posted all its press releases on the subject at its own website (which, it seems to me, should have been your first port of call). A look at Flight International would probably have provided all the info you need, as well.
Anyway, Danny's given you a few clues - there are more here if you look for them!
