I was returning to London on the above flight from Chicago and wanted to say thanks for a comfortable flight. Special thanks to the skipper, who without doubt sounded as if he really enjoyed his moments of glory on the PA! :p
Every time he spoke he made me chuckle and I kept wondering was he a ppruner!? ;) His catchphrase seemed like "..............well what can I tell you about that?"
I was in a rush following our arrival otherwise I would like to have said thanks personally and put a face to a voice! :)
