How are the flight plans filed when you fly Internationally -- say from Europe to Asia?

Since Corporate jets are "non scheduled services" do you have to file with each country and airspace?

Finally, how are the landing, takeoff charges billed and to whom?

Most corporate/private operations use an agency who will file the flight plans, obtain overflight clearances, landing permits, fuel, ground travel and hotel accomodation.

These same agencies generally have accounts or agents at the relevant airports and they handle payments and invoice you later.

The level of service you require is up to you, and you pay accordingly.

In the event you are somewhere reallly obscure than you can't beat the $100 note(s) just make sure they are brand new and unmarked!

....And if you are carrying cash, like you should, make sure you have lots of little notes. $1, $5, $10 along with the big notes because 9 times out of 10, no one will have change, and they don't give you a discount because the bill came to $150 and all you have is $100's. In the grand scheme of things, what's $50, but I'm sure you get my point.
