CX Direct Entry F/O

Hi,

I´m very interested in CX and wondering if anybody could tell me, if 3100 hours tt, 2900 on jet are sufficient to meet the requirements for DE as f/o.

Do they consider age vs experience (I´m 25)?

How many interviews do you have to pass?

What´s the content of these? any psychological tests?

Do you have to do a sim check?

Are they currently recruiting?
