We have recently implemented a secondary email facility to our web based help desk (primarily in order to enable attachments relating to the Help desk Item) which, using 'message rules' in Outlook Express, is supposed to distribute copies to our 'home working' support staff.
This is fine until .....
Our company standard Norton Virus Protection (and the rest of the bits) identifies a virus infection - at which point it displays the warning about the virus and ceases to allow further mails in for outlook Express to redirect.
If I am away and don't 'click OK' on the already solved virus problem it awaits my return (maybe three weeks later).
Am I missing something - I want it to kill the virus and then carry on with email processing ?
Any advice much appreciated
brgds
