Heard on the grapevine that Dragon is recruiting FOs. Any help on the mailing address and requirements for F/O positions appreciated.:ok:

Hi Jetstreams, I believe they are still hiring, it is definitely worth a try if you have an Aussie or UK passport:rolleyes:. Send in a CV anyway to [email protected] or phone at +852 3193 3401 or fax at+852 3193 8947. Nice airline to work for with an excellent package. Good luck. Cheers.

You have to be type rated A320 or A330. For the freighter fleet (747) they provide training. Not sure but I think they require 2000 hours airline, f/o jet time.

Not true! Airbus rating not a necessity. Just go ahead and apply. Nothing ventured, nothing gained - as they say.

Yeah looks like a lot of people have positive views on Dragon. I did apply to them a couple of years ago too and got a mail saying that they received my application. Do they give you some kinda reference nos to qoute ? Have just sent them a fresh new application , hoping to have it on file from now on....
Is it an ongoing recruitment at Dragon or is it just post Sars phenomenon!!

Requirements are 4000 hrs TT with 500 on Jets or 1000 on TPs, and an ATPL acceptable to the HK CAD for conversion. Type ratings on KA types not needed, but those who have them get priority.

Hallo Gents,

A question for the Dragonair Cargo people based in Manchester.

I am contemplating applying to Dragonair Cargo, more specifically the Manchester base. I was wondering how your rostering looks. Not so much the work days, more the number of days off per month and how many in a row. The reason I am asking is that I would want to commute to and from work. So far I have only heard good things about the operation and the people, something that seems to be harder and harder to find.

Thank you in advance,

Ramrise
