Don't be so guarded HA, give out the contact details. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Although, maybe Tasfast's crew know what the round, wheelshaped, knob is for... :oh:

Not being cagey,

Just showing professional courtesy to the owner. The aircraft is on a long term contract. If CASA can't update their website then I'm not updating it for them.

HA

p.s. Those owner details are very old!

Speaking of new aussie registrations. I heard a rumour that a Darwin based piston only charter operator is running print advertising with their red and black striped company logo plastered all over a photo of a Cessna Citation (Ultra maybe?).
Has anyone up in Darwin seen a new Citation jet parked on the apron or is this just the stuff of fantasy?

Not that I really giva but its interesting that you should know this...

Only very few people have seen the concept design... Mmm looooose lips sink ships... must whatch what I show certain people around work eh?

I kinda like the look of flynac.com.au on the side of a Citation... BTW I didn't realise it was an ultra... thanks for the info not really up to speed on my corporate jets just like the look of em...

Maybe it's late... Maybe I'm intoxicated, maybe I'm lazy ... maybe it's all three.

Disco Stu : are all PA31's designated as 3175kg MTOW ? or is that just when they leave the factory, prior to having the "Pilot Killer" kits attached to the wings ?

High Alt,
I'm sure the photos may look great but I have no idea what you are going to say when Westpac or Woodside Energy ring up and try to hire the corporate jet in your ad for their senior exec's when you don't actually have one for charter.

Good luck with it I guess. All the best.

Maybe they wanted to buy it HA?. Wanted being past tense now, unless there's a big discount of course........Fact is, the owner probably doesn't even know who the owner is after the last 12 months.......

Don't think anyone should want to touch it after its current operating/maintenance conditions. NAC pilots have spent last 5 weeks or so, showing what cast iron b@!ls they have, flying VTR with more THICK, rich BLUE smoke billowing from the RH engine than my old Datsun 180 on 2 stroke fuel.

Perhaps the owner SHOULD be looking to put it online elsewhere.

It's a Chieftan, not a Navajo. Some Navajo's up to 3100 odd kgs with vortex generators.

VTR also has the "Red Legs" mod from memory.
