CX Direct Entry S/O

Hello All
I am a first officer of B737EFIS with TT3000hrs in Japan.
but I don't have ATPL or ATPL theory. only have JCAB CPL
Is it needed to take ATPL theory to apply for CX DE S/O.
if it needed, Which should I take JCAB or HKG one?

and Does anyone know if any Japanese pilot work for CX.
