info on landing area

West of hoxton park airfield, there is a airfield : grass only : near luddenham.

If anyone knows who operates outa there or knows D.B.R aviation, any info regarding the airstrip would be great.

I'm not sure if we're talking about the same one, but there's a strip that runs parallel to the pipeline near St. Marys. It used to be called "Kennet's".

I went in there a few times in a 210 to pick up and drop off pathology for a local pathologist many moons ago.

Dunno who the contact is, as we had permission always.

AFAIK it's an ultralight strip. I remember one that sounds like it from a number of years ago when I worked at YSBK.

Not sure if this is the one but there was a strip in that area some years ago owned by Luddenham Pastoral Company who also own the one at Billabong Station out near West Wyalong. I had contact details for Billabong which should be the same but I can't put my hands on them right now. Give me a day or so & I'll have a hunt around.
