How can you have a part time CP ?

You can't unless I suppose they don’t require an AOC in which case why would you need a chief pilot?

If you refer to CAO 82.0 Appendix 1 Table A you will find that the following is allowed wrt CP's.

1. Single Engine A/C
2. Max 1 aircraft in fleet
3. CP to have minimum of 300hrs on relevant A/C type
4. CP must have at least 6 months experience in Commercial Ops.

The Chief Pilot may be employed on a part time basis by the operator but may not be the Chief Pilot with another operator.

But it seems that the operation may have more than one aircraft if they are saying piston and turbine. I am not sure?
