I have a Fujitsu Siemens scaleo 600, Pentium 4 computer and it seems that the fan, is the cheapest most noisy thing they could find and put in my computer. It's almost as noisy as the MD80 avionic cooling fan, people who have heard that one will know the noise level. :oh:

Can anyone recommend a good very, very low noise fan for my computer, as it's in my living room and quite disturbing. :ugh:

Check out this (http://www.quietpc.com/uk/) .

Quiet fans = slow fans = large diameter fans to get the throughput of cooling air.

So if you want to make it a bigger fan, before you buy, make sure it will fit in the case.
