Hi guys.
I attended a selection with Declan Dooney yesterday in Dublin for a Captain position through Brookfield. I was wondering how much contract pilots usually have in their pocket at the end of the month. I have heard rumors of Ryanair planning their permanent pilots to the limit and using the Brookfield guys as little as they can since they cost them more money. Is this true?
How about accomodation at away bases?

Thanks for the info.

I've heard they make far too much (no such thing is there..) and that's inside info. I'd take it, if no good you can always go for the 'normal' contract can ya!!

I heard the same as Dragon, that they make "far too much". What you have to remember though is that out of the money you earn there is no pension and health care contribution and all accommodation will have to be paid out of your own pocket.

Regarding accommodation at the bases, there are quite reasonable places about, so not too much to worry about.

Hope this helps
