Exactly where should i start after applying for a PPL. Do i need to get a JAA or uk ATPL or a frozen ATPL also what is the difference with a frozen ATPL and a non frozen one?

Hello,

You cant gain an ATPL until you have 1500 hours under your belt, until then its a fATPL, which is a CPL/IR basicaly.

After your PPL, you have to do the night qualification and a class 1 medical, then the CPL, IR, ME Rating and MCC. ( if i missed something out please would someone correct me )

Try a search, and you'll get heaps of topics regarding this, also try and read the wannabes forum, very useful advice in there.

Thanks
