Second ever flight - Gatwick to Norwich. Open cockpit, co-pilot comes back to serve the drinks and let's this 15 year old go and sit in his seat for 15 minutes while he sits back and reads the paper. Quite funny seeing the white knuckles of the other passengers when I looked back down the plane.
FLying Air Lao from Vientiane to Luang Prabang through cloud in some rickety old chinese number. Looking out the window dead horizontal at the side of a mountain. Getting rather nervous.
