Sydney 2000 Olympic Flight Guide

Looking for help please.

I am looking for a copy of the CASA produced "Sydney Olympic Flight Guide", which was released on both CD and hardcopy.

Any bowerbirds out there who have hoarded this information (prefereably the CD) and who are happy to share it with me will be well rewarded with my eternal gratitude.
