Any ideas about what to charge as a freelance LR45 Captain.
(UK Public Transport)
I'm guessing about £350/day but any info much appreciated.

Yep, I would say that about right. 300-350 max plus per diem, hotac, travel etc etc.

From your nom de plume I guess you are am FSI refugee? Not too much to do there, except freeze in Winter and bake in Summer, but the scenery is amazing!

The correct answer is whatever you are offered.

Tis not the season to demand better rates,at present, unless you are rated on exotic, erotic? types.

BBC has been know to lear, so knows his stuff.

The rate quoted is only good fora few days, after that the bulk rates start to apply.

For example I am on a G4 this month, and on 250per day. US.$
But when I tried for my usual 750/500US$ per day I was told to blow in the wind.

So good luck,keep in touch.

Times are not easy. I agree, dont sell out, but one still need to work. I have received anywhere from $400 to $750 US per day last year as a 601 Captain. But right now, i dont think i could get the top $$ anymore.
