how do you suppose to log P1 or P2 in your logbook in respect to the regulations..
is it different between flying a light plane and a commercial one??

Whether you are flying a light aircraft or a heavy transport jet, there is no difference in the way you log your time. If you are captain, you log the time as P1. If you are co-pilot, you log the time as P2.
There are, though, some categories which don't apply to light aircraft. For example, it's not possible to be a co-pilot in an aircraft that isn't required to have more than one pilot.
There are some minor differences depending on which country's authority you're working under (the difference between JAA and FAA rules relating to logging time as safety pilot is the obvious one), but when your location very helpfully tells me that you are "here" I can't really give specific information related to your country. If you are in the UK, however, you might like to have a look at LASORS (http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/LASORS.PDF) - the CAA's requirements are in Appendix B to Section A, which can be found on page 53 (which is, confusingly, the page with number 37 at the bottom).
