What are the steps to convert an ICAO ATPL to a Thai ATPL? Is a Thai license needed to fly in Thailand or can you fly with an ICAO license? Also does anybody know how the job situation in Thailand is like? Thanks in advance.

No, you don't need a Thai license (ICAO) to fly in Thailand unless you are a Thai citizen.

The local company that hires you will apply for your validation based on your existing and current ICAO or FAA license.
