Right,. .. .I get home, open a kitchen drawer and get jumped on my hundereds of plastic bags that have been squeezed in there sometime before.. .. .I hate it!!! Why keep soooooo many plastic bags??. .. .Also, there were plastic bags WITHIN bloody plastic bags!!. .. .Everytime I throw a plastic bag away, it re-appears in the collection so someone is hoarding these bastards.. .. .Forget Osama bin Laden, get the SAS onto whoever keeps all the plastic bags in circulation around Madrid and puts them in my flat, they are the true criminal in the world.. .. .Any ideas? Suggestions? Comments? Duck-billed platypi?. . . . [ 16 March 2002, 17:36: Message edited by: DVR6K ]

What I want to know is who's the silly s*d at the plastic bag factory who glues the bags together so it's impossible to open the fukkers and causes much swearing at the checkout. . .

Try the BAG bag, works a treat . .. .Plastic bags are a tragedy floating round the kitchen, and the BAG bag does the trick, it is drawstring at one end and elastic at the other, and when you require a bag, you just pull one out of the end, and hey presto, you get 1 bag!!!!. .. .Wire Coathangers Suck too.. .. .Hope this helps. .GG

Contact your local charity shop, you may find they will be grateful for your spare bags as they will save money by using them. You could also offer them to your local school/parish/scout troop etc for their fundraising fairs they are often short of things to put purchases in. I knew a lady from Sicily who used to cut them into fine strips and crochet them into bigger, stronger shopping bags. They also come in useful as bin liners for small bins.

Good ideas DX,. .. .Only thing is, no charity shops here because spanish people arent charitable. If there were "being as rude as possible and not caring" shops, Id hand them my collection of bags.. .. .But Ill send them over to Sicily, that lady seems to know what shes doing.. .. .Cheers
