Q's about OZ Jobs under Reporting Points

Don't take this the wrong way, but why is some Charter Op, like Golden Eagle advertising for pilots, obviously low'ish time, but must not they already have 100's of CV's on file
and guys knocking on their door for a job. Great that they are advertising, but they must have a pile of CV's on file. If I am wrong that is great, and that means that there must be a shortage of low time pilots, and that they need to advertise.

This outfit can be very difficult to work for - for all sorts of reasons. Possibly finding it difficult to get guys with the hours they want. You would maybe work there for a first job but after that - hasta la vista. There are lots of guys around with a 'Golden' experience.:\
