'Mafia' on XBOX

Not strictly within the 'baileywick' of this forum, but does anyone have any idea what has happened to the xbox version of 'Mafia'; it is currently available on PS2 and PC, but its xbox release date keeps being shoved back and I am getting earache from a 'mini-mcdhu'.

Amazon appear to say they have it, but I doubt that because the information I have from my local gaming shop is that it is not out yet.

Any info greatly appreciated; I really don't want to have to put it on the PC!!

Perhaps I'll leave it until we hit Florida at Easter where I guess it will be much cheaper.
