Well there aren't any in the UK, according to the CAA's list of approved TRTOs. Are you looking for a JAA or FAA TR?

Executive Aviation Services at Gloucester is a TRTO. They do C550 rating, there is a King Air 350 in the hangar and the CFI/Chief Pilot is IRE-TRE on both types. 01452 857006
