All is not what it seems, check the angle on the mains, this is obviously well airborne and just a recipient of an unfavourable camera angle!!

Tail strikes can occur after liftoff. I agree though, I think the photo is misleading because of the angle that it is taken from.

Don't judge distance if you look at a picture taken with a telephoto lens.
I agree. Zooms are VERY deceptive. I wonder if the same take off had been conducted without all the snow blowing if the tail proximity would appear the same. Probably not.
