FTO in Belgium hiring low timers for Air HK

White Wings Europe a FTO based in Belgium is hiring in the name of Air Hong Kong. I have spoken to this guy of the FTO and he said that under HK regulations it is not possible to hire ab initio low timers but that they were going to change that. If that is changed then Air HK will hire via White Wings Europe.
