GA Maintenance Controllers

Hi y'all,

Was wondering if I can get a gauge on what MC's in NZ GA companies/organisations get offered in terms of renumeration (if any :ugh: ) for additional duties to being line pilots/ flight instructors etc.

Am interested in the Aero Club type organisation as alot of small company owners are their own MC, but what of the people who are employees of an organisation and are allocated extra duties in the role of MC or Dep. MC?

Is fleet size a consideration with extra renumeration?
Do people out there feel extra responsibilities = extra $$$??

Sqwark if the maintenance controller at your organization is the same one that was there when I left, then I would give the silly **** exactly what she deserves, which is someone sitting her down and explaining to her that she has been having the piss taken out of her by management all this time, and that she will in fact never ever become a professional pilot in a million years of trying, because she's a neurotic headcase with the attention span of a chicken.
