Tradevest, Singapore. Who are they?

I heard recently that "Tradevest" in Singapore is seeking pilots for BAe 146. But they only put PO Box as their address, and no Phone or Fax numbers. :confused:
Does anybody have some info about this? Is it an airline or private or agency or else? :hmm:
