I am not 100% sure of all the facts, but I believe Charles passed away a while ago. Jannie Loutzis at Blue Chip should have more details. I just knew charles for short time. From what I knew, a great guy. Best of luck and my condolences.

Charlie passed away end of 2002. Fantastic guy and great instructor, sent me for my first solo as Im sure many others. R.I.P.Charlie.
