Heard that VH-VOU(B737-800) was delivered to CHC last week and following a fitout for VB will go into short term storage in CHC.CASA will not allow the aircraft onto the AOC until VB`s computer parts and maintenance tracking system is deemed to be satisfactory!

Deemed (V) = past tense, therefore "THOUGHT", "BELIEVED" or "CONSIDERED".
