I believe it is Netjets ME, but curious if anyone has further info. They are looking for A-319 CA/FO.

NAS do operate the NJME franchise, however the A319/320 aircraft will be equipped with a limited number of seats to operate premier scheduled services.
With the planned privatization of the flag carrier, IMHO NAS will become a fully fledged airline.
