Where can I obtain historic data on Passenger throughput and ATMs at UK airports over the last 15 years?

I'm looking for an open, public source if possible.

You could also try

the CAA stats website (http://www.caa.co.uk/erg/erg_stats/sgl.asp?sglid=3)

which unfortunately only goes back to 1997 but which gives you a great deal of detail.
