Does anyone know what the UK CAA ask for in the way of minimum requirements as Chief pilot in a small (2-3 ac) AOC holder company?
I tried the search but its disabled?
I can't find anything on the CAA's website yet but i'm still looking.

Thanks in advance

Well, I was going to give a one-word answer, but the system won't let me. Anyway, here goes.........

minimum 1000 hrs, of which at least half should be commercial flying.

Knowledge of the commercial world is a must.

Ideally someone with experience of the areas that the company Ops Manuals specifies i.e. if you plan to do powerline patrols, your chief pilot should have had experience in this area. And so on.
