Anyone know much about Deer Jet - the biz jet subsidiary of Hainan Airlines? I have seen the website and I know that they fly a number of Hawker 800XPs and I think Gulfstream 200s out of a number of bases in China including Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. A few questions:
1. Where do they source their pilots - from Hainan Airlines itself?
2. Why would pilots want to fly for Deer Jet - are the terms and conditions pretty good? Are the pilots happy there?
3. If you have Hawker and Gulfstream types, would they hire non-Chinese?
4. Any opinions from Hainan or Deer Jet pilots? Is Deer Jet hiring?
