What does BA look for in their potential pilots?

How does the BA Pilot medical vary from the class 1 CAA medical?

Your chances of flying for BA in the short term are tending to zero which makes the medical question rather redundant. In your position, if you were to work your way up ther ladder you might end up with BA in the rather longer term but you almost certainly won't be walking in to your first job as a pilot with them.
