Poor old Highland Airways just can't seem to get it right. :(

This from the BBC (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/3434703.stm)

Not a high capacity operation by any means... lets hope
they strike lucky somewhere.

Does this mean that all the cod squad jobs are going to fuglies? :(

Flight Training at Atlantic have sod-all say regarding third party pilots gaining work with Atlantic.

There's a possibility that Reconnaissance would prefer to recruit local people into this job due to so few candidates wishing to relocate to Northern Scotland.

I wouldn't bother talking to AFT about this....go to the source.
