could use some info on what this bunch are like to work for? what their routes are like. heard bad reports about the md anyone know?

Steer clear, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. MD is a nutter who has regular violent tantrums and is always throwing his dummy out of his pram.
You really couldn't do any worse than them, they are at the bottom of the trash heap.
you would be fired in no time if you don't patronise the creep.
