Sorry to have to disagree with you B Souza, but what a putz. While I can agree with his disagreement with the fingerprint and photograph thing as introduced by the USA and copied by Brazil, I wonder if he thinks that US Immigration authorities would keel over laughing if someone (especially a foreigner) gave them the middle finger???
